Natalie Lisinska first came to the attention of Canadian audiences when she was cast, fresh out of Ryerson Theatre School, as the Series Lead of the CBC’s "At the Hotel". Directed by Ken Finkleman, Natalie was wonderful as "Jenny", the chambermaid who stumbles onto a murder unfolding in an upscale Toronto hotel.
Natalie made her Feature Film debut as one of the Leads in "Young People F*cking", an Official Selection at TIFF. Natalie received outstanding reviews for her portrayal of a sensitive, funny member of a ménage a trois, and the role earned her a Canadian Comedy Award nomination.
Natalie's other feature film credits include "Chloe" opposite Julianne Moore and the upcoming "Total Recall" with Colin Firth.
Selected Television credits include "Fairfield Road" (Hallmark), "Flashpoint" (CBS), "House Next Door" (Lifetime), "Degrassi" (Much Music) and "Less Than Kind" (HBO Canada).
Currently, Natalie can be seen as the Series Lead of "Insecurity", a hit comedy on the CBC. Natalie anchors the show as "Alex", an adorable, if sometimes misguided, Secret Agent in NISA, Canada’s answer to the CIA.
"Insecurity" has been picked up for a second season and Natalie will begin filming in late June.
Growing up on Vancouver Island, Natalie was a National High Jump Champion. Still running and jumping, Natalie now calls Toronto home.
After graduating with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario, Toronto-born cinematographer Michael Jari Davidson went on to become a sought after cinematographer in the Toronto film community due to his work ethic, creative eye, and tenacious spirit. Michael has lensed four feature films (including the horror feature Nostrum, sold to Super Channel for Canadian broadcast in 2010), over fifteen short films, and over twenty music videos . Michael is set to produce and shoot the debut horror feature from writer/director Chris Alexander (editor of Fangoria Magazine) entitled Blood Opera in 2011.
